"Auto theft can spoil an otherwise blissful holiday season. State Farm(R) claims data reflected that in the previous year, more than 9,000 vehicles were stolen between November 12 and December 31. Last year, over 1.2 million vehicles were stolen causing over $7 billion in losses the information was divulged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
